This company sent us an electrician for some standard rewiring and outlet repairs and he wound up frying the switchboard to our furnace leaving us without heat during a major freeze over the weekend (it’s now been a week without working heat). The electrician refused to try to rectify the issue so they sent an HVAC expert out and he confirmed this was in fact an electrical problem but attempted repairs anyway with no success.
The company is slow to respond (if you get a response at all), has a ‘kick the can down the road’ approach and have even responded to some of my email correspondences with incorrect information , confusing my account with someone else’s expired policy and then not replying at all when this was pointed out.
Every single time we’ve tried to get someone to repair the issue (our HVAC system was working perfectly before the electrician SUPER sent messed up the wiring) the company sends someone who either doesn’t know what they’re doing or wind up not even showing up at all.
I do not recommend this company at all- stay far, far away from them.
Terrible experience with our Washing Machine. Went 3 out of the last 9 months without it due to lack of communication with the contractors, and all around poor customer service. Asked to speak to a customer service manager every time, because the customer support had to put on a call back instead of just transferring us. As someone who leads a customer service team, terrible business practice. Why have managers of customers can’t be escalated to them?
The last visit, the technician came and said it was working fine, Super closed the ticket, and then we had the same exact issue. Video below was taken on Saturday (2/8). Ticket was closed Thursday (2/5).
We ended up having to buy a new washer and dryer unit because we couldn’t go another month or more of this back and forth. The cost of all these fixed and issues totaled up to $1,176 that Super already payed for. How much more time and money would need to be spent on this?
I submitted a warranty request for my sprinkler system. The company that was assigned didn’t come to my house. The technician called me and asked what the issue was. I sent pictures and he said oh that won’t be covered so I asked him to cancel the request. Next I get a call from the sprinkler company saying they are submitting a request to get it covered. I am now having to pay the 95.00 service fee and no one has been to my house, no one has looked at my sprinkler system. Super says the vendors getting the money, the vendor said they aren’t getting the money. So why am I being charged for a service not completed? So far they have paid for no repairs that I’ve had to do on this house. It’s always we don’t pay for that!
I've been with this company for about 4 years now and things have been touch and go. When it comes to small issues like a toilet leak or a replacement of a garbage disposal...it's done with no problem. But I had an issue with my furnace and now my refrigerator. They went back and forth with my furnace for MONTHS! They kept sending different service providers to attempt to fix it instead of declaring it unrepairable. After about 4-5 months they finally did and sent a minimal check. I had to buy a new unit and was required to pay the remainder that the check didn't cover.------------------------------Now I'm dealing with a situation with my refrigerator. It went out in June of 2025. A service provider came by and "repaired" it. However, it stopped working again, Nov. 2025 and instead of simply replacing it, they want to take me on this merry-go round again! Here I am again, having to throw out all of my food because I've had to wait for them to address this. They need to stop being cheap and do what they claim. I pray I don't have to go through this situation repeatedly before they do what they need to do, which is help me REPLACE my refrigerator. Stop putting bandaids on bullet wounds.
