I submitted a warranty request for my sprinkler system. The company that was assigned didn’t come to my house. The technician called me and asked what the issue was. I sent pictures and he said oh that won’t be covered so I asked him to cancel the request. Next I get a call from the sprinkler company saying they are submitting a request to get it covered. I am now having to pay the 95.00 service fee and no one has been to my house, no one has looked at my sprinkler system. Super says the vendors getting the money, the vendor said they aren’t getting the money. So why am I being charged for a service not completed? So far they have paid for no repairs that I’ve had to do on this house. It’s always we don’t pay for that!
