Terrible experience with our Washing Machine. Went 3 out of the last 9 months without it due to lack of communication with the contractors, and all around poor customer service. Asked to speak to a customer service manager every time, because the customer support had to put on a call back instead of just transferring us. As someone who leads a customer service team, terrible business practice. Why have managers of customers can’t be escalated to them?
The last visit, the technician came and said it was working fine, Super closed the ticket, and then we had the same exact issue. Video below was taken on Saturday (2/8). Ticket was closed Thursday (2/5).
We ended up having to buy a new washer and dryer unit because we couldn’t go another month or more of this back and forth. The cost of all these fixed and issues totaled up to $1,176 that Super already payed for. How much more time and money would need to be spent on this?
