It's freaking awful. I'm not exaggerating. No support, stupid support, slow support - when I signed up I told them the speed of my registration was by far the most important thing - then their support proceeded to reply every other day, while not really clarifying a very confusing registration process to help move it along. It's been 3 weeks (I saw someone wait 1 YEAR in these reviews which is insane). The absolute lack of support and professionalism is staggering. I should have read the trustpilot before paying - now regret it immensely. CEO - you're a business owner too and you must know how infuriating it is to have your business be bottlenecked by slowness and apathy. Frankly get your shit together - every one of your customers is signing up to pay you in the multiple thousands minimum a year. Act like it!
