I normally don’t write reviews, but after my experience with this company, I feel compelled to share in hopes of saving others from the frustration and time I’ve gone through.From the beginning, communication was spotty at best. I scheduled a service with them well in advance and was assured that everything was confirmed. The day of the appointment came and went—no one showed up. No phone call, no email, not even a courtesy text to let me know there would be a delay. I had taken time off work specifically to be available, only to be completely ghosted.I reached out the next day and was told there had been an "unexpected delay" and that someone would reschedule with me immediately. I gave them the benefit of the doubt—everyone has off days, right? Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of the ongoing pattern of unkept promises.They rescheduled... and failed to show up again.This cycle repeated itself multiple times: confirm an appointment, fail to show, offer vague apologies, and promise to "make it right" with a new date. Each time, I cleared my schedule, and each time I was left waiting with no service delivered. After the third no-show, I finally asked for a full refund. I had already paid in advance for a service that, to this day, has never been provided.That’s when things got even more frustrating. Suddenly, the customer service reps became much harder to reach. Calls went to voicemail, emails were ignored, and when I did finally get a response, it was full of vague promises that my refund was “being processed.” That was over a month ago. To date, I have not received a dime back.It’s one thing for a company to run into scheduling issues—life happens, and I can be understanding when people are honest and proactive. But the complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic respect for a customer’s time and money is unacceptable. Not honoring a refund for a service that was never rendered is not only unethical, it borders on theft.I’ve since filed a complaint with my bank and reported the company to the Better Business Bureau. If you’re considering using their services, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. There are plenty of businesses out there that value their customers and operate with integrity. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.Save yourself the stress. Avoid this company at all costs.
