Initially, they misrepresent when they will charge your account. Then, the technician failed to arrive on the first scheduled day. When he finally did show up the following day, none of our issues were resolved. To top it off, they deducted the 108 dollars before the technician even left the driveway.
Avoid this service. They schedule appointments but don't actually assign a technician to do the work. This results in no one showing up when it's time for the appointment. They want you to keep rescheduling, hoping a local technician will take the job...it's ridiculous.
I scheduled a TV mounting service through a retailer. The technician never arrived, and there was no communication whatsoever—no call, no text, nothing. When I reached out to the company, I was informed that a refund would take 4–6 weeks, which is completely unreasonable for a service that was never delivered. The retailer's customer service agreed this was unacceptable and processed my refund immediately. I cannot recommend this service due to the no-show, lack of communication, and poor accountability.
Next time I'm turning to review sites. If I had seen such a low rating, I would have never booked. I wasted 4 hours waiting. When trying to cancel, I found a dropdown that didn’t include ‘technician didn’t show’. They didn’t even email me. I had to check after the scheduled time. What a farce. I hope others see this.
Dealing with this company has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had in years. I bought a TV and mounting was supposed to be included from a retailer. I set the appointment, received a confirmation text, and thought everything was fine. The day before, I checked the link in the text and saw that the technician was unavailable. While I was a bit annoyed at not receiving a notification, I didn’t think much of it. I rescheduled for the following Saturday. The day before the appointment, I checked again and saw that the technician couldn’t make it. After contacting support, I received an email stating someone would come between 12:00 and 5:00. I was unsure if that meant someone was actually coming, so I checked again and was told they were. At 12:30, I checked and saw ‘technician unavailable’ again. I contacted support, and they tried to shift the blame onto me for canceling. They even claimed there wasn’t a technician within a hundred miles of me, which is absurd given the nearby cities. Now, I’m left waiting for them to contact me about rescheduling, and I have no faith that they will follow through.
