Refund not received for Disneyland tickets

Tickets purchased on December 22 for a trip were never delivered. After reaching out to customer service, I received an email confirming a full refund (almost €300), but I've yet to see any money returned. I've sent several follow-up emails without any response. A very frustrating experience due to the lack of communication and failure to process the refund as promised. I wouldn't recommend booking through this service.
