Avoid this service! The tickets I bought are fake! I purchased two tickets for a match (€360), traveling from Barcelona, but was denied entry due to invalid tickets. Even with official confirmation from the club that the tickets were fraudulent, I'm not getting my money back and have been trying to resolve this for two months. This has been a terrible experience; I have never felt scammed like this before.
Where are my tickets? I emailed the support team last week but haven't received a reply. I'm supposed to take my disabled son to a match this weekend. I contacted the club about access, and they're worried the tickets might not be valid. Please get in touch with me urgently to avoid disappointing my son, who is looking forward to this Christmas gift.
Tickets purchased on December 22 for a trip were never delivered. After sending it, I received another alarming request to resend the information. Despite contacting support over 20 times through various channels, I got no response. I traveled without confirmation of my tickets, and just three hours before the event, I received them, but they were incorrect. I had to find a place to print them last minute in a foreign country, which was stressful. To top it off, the seats were already occupied when I arrived, forcing me to find another spot. This was a dreadful experience that I would never want to repeat or recommend.
This feels nearly like a scam: you pay a high price for a ticket without knowing the original cost or your seat location. Later, you find out the price is three times the original and the seat is at the back of the stadium. While I understand the need for the service to make a profit, this lack of transparency feels like a rip-off, bordering on fraud. I will not use this service again.
