Despite receiving a notification that my tickets would be guaranteed before the match (a football event in Italy), I was contacted two weeks prior to provide attendee data as required by authorities. After sending it, I received another alarming request to resend the information. Despite contacting support over 20 times through various channels, I got no response. I traveled without confirmation of my tickets, and just three hours before the event, I received them, but they were incorrect. I had to find a place to print them last minute in a foreign country, which was stressful. To top it off, the seats were already occupied when I arrived, forcing me to find another spot. This was a dreadful experience that I would never want to repeat or recommend.
