UPDATE ON 24TH JUNE 2025I received my tickets with a face value clearly stated on the ticket of €82.20. Hello Tickets charged me €247.40 per ticket!! Awaiting Hello tickets to provide evidence that it is authorized by the organiser of my event to sell tickets on their behalf. Legal advise that I have received suggests that, otherwise, Hello Tickets is in direct contravention of Article 313-6-2 of the French Penal Code relating to consumer protection and fair practices in ticket sales. This law clearly states that reselling tickets without authorization is an offense. Requested evidence that Hello Tickets is authorized to sell tickets on 16th June 2025 – email sent to Gabriela on 16th June 2025. My issue with Hello Tickets is outstanding since 17th February 2025 and I have sent many, many emails to them, without them addressing my concerns and queries.I will continue to address the issue. I paid €742.31 for 3 no. tickets to a concert - €247.40 each.The tickets arrived today and the FACE VALUE is written on the ticket at €82.20?! Advice given to me suggests French law prohibits the sale of tickets at extortionate profits. I have asked Hello Tickets to clarify the situation from their standpoint and refund my money. As always, awaiting their response for some time now! Customer Services is appalling. Typically don't respond.
