I was unable to leave a Google review (hmmm), but I have to say that this is among the worst customer service experience I've encountered. Tried contacting them by email initially with no response and finally found a phone number where I could leave a message. One of the two items I ordered was defective and my return/refund process will not go through. They also want to charge a restocking fee ... on a defective item? I don't think so. I won't give up until I am successful in returning this and getting a full refund. This is not how you run a business.
