The company was great to deal with product information was clear and helpful. I bought the tushy classic 3.0 and it was incredibly easy to install and it has been incredibly wonderful to use. Highly recommended
Awful product. I bought this online and when I installed it, the button wouldn’t work. I packaged it up and asked for a return and their customer service department wanted to live troubleshoot with me. Their products are cheap and defective and they will not take a return unless they verify it. Awful company. Buy the cheaper bidets and save yourself the headache!
Is it even a home without a Tushy bidet? I don’t know what took us all these years to get a bidet. And now we have one on three of our four toilets. They’re divine! So many options, prices, etc. total game changer. Europe was way ahead of the curve on this one!
Quality Product and Great Customer Service. Purchased a Tushy bidet, which arrived promptly. There was an issue with price I paid and a new advertised discount. I contacted Tushy Customer Service, and they provided a refund for the difference in prices. I did not have to fight them to get a refund, and they were very accommodative. I love the Tushy bidet so much, that I purchased another Tushy bidet a couple weeks after the first purchase for a second bathroom. I am a very discerning consumer, and I am very happy with the service and product. The bidet offers many functions, and does a good job! I've told my family and friends about it, and would highly recommend it. It does such a good job that it could pay for itself with the savings from the cost of toilet paper. "The job isn't done until the paperwork is finished" does not apply anymore! Buy it. You will be happy and your tushy will be, too. There are many products that over promise and under deliver, but Tushy bidet is not one of them.
I was unable to leave a Google review (hmmm), but I have to say that this is among the worst customer service experience I've encountered. Tried contacting them by email initially with no response and finally found a phone number where I could leave a message. One of the two items I ordered was defective and my return/refund process will not go through. They also want to charge a restocking fee ... on a defective item? I don't think so. I won't give up until I am successful in returning this and getting a full refund. This is not how you run a business.
Tushy has a great product - from aesthetically pleasing (each roll of paper is wrapped) to an environmentally friendly product (made of bamboo). We use the toilet paper and bidets in our personal house and supply our airbnbs with tushy paper.
🙅🏻♂️ Stay away.I bought a Tushy during the pandemic and fell in love with a bidet. I was a promoter of the company, telling everyone who cared to hear it about how amazing their bidet was.Fast-forward to today. I moved and decided to upgrade my bidet. I bought a Tushy Wave bidet seat. It never worked from the get-go, spraying water everywhere. I contacted support, and they sent me a new base plate attachment that was modified to correct this issue. I'm not sure why they were shipping the product with a defective part. I swapped out the base plate, and the problem persists.Now, they want to charge me a restocking fee for their defective product. This does not make sense. Go to Amazon, and you'll find a similar bidet for half the price. This company is a joke.
