Impossible to cancel subscription

Missing item in my first box and they still won't cancel my 1 month subscription. I have waited days for response to cancel. If they charge me for second box I will take legal action.

I'm not one for leaving bad reviews cause it does damage to most business but this is an awful box had 2 boxes both containing the same items then you go to cancel you have to email them and then you get no reply shocking

Box of little interest

Box has a few interesting item worth less than a few pounds, the rest is clearly just junk or products someone else couldn’t sell. Honestly value is way under £15, don’t waste the money.

Hard to cancel

I hate websites where you have to email to cancel. Wouldn’t buy again for this reason. They do this on purpose so it’s harder for people to cancel.

Not really snacks.....

Gives the impression that you'll be getting a box of 'snacks' and the picture shows things like nuts, chocolate etc. Thought it would be good for packed lunches. However the reality is just a random bunch of stuff...for instance, air fryer oil, a beer, tofu, vitamin drinks etc. All nice enough stuff but not what i'd call snacks. Also, due to the timing of payments and then a big delay before you receive your box, they try to charge you for the next box long before it's due and don't give you any opportunity to cancel it...by the time you've seen what's in the first box it's too late to cancel your second. To be fair, I fought this and they gave in but I shouldn't have had to.

Fabulous mix of products from small and big brands - everything from snacks and drinks to cooking hacks! Delivered in a box with an informational flyer so you know what everything is. Found lots of new favs from these boxes, and well worth the money! The team are helpful and supportive.

loved what was inside!

Having received my box I was pleasantly surprised by what was inside, a good selection of foods and drinks. Multiple cupboard items that have long shelf lives was a plus. The box came quickly. I had a query about said product so emailed them and was met with a fast response and multiple solutions given. Would definitely recommend for those who enjoy trying new things.

If I could give 0 I would. Absolute scammers charge you for the second box soon as the first one gets delivered, don’t send notification to say box is on the way just charge you. You can’t cancelled on the website have to email which they don’t respond to for days. They then quote terms and conditions won’t refund even though it’s not been delivered. I am in dispute at the minute very shocking customer service.
