I ordered a sweatshirt on December 11th and paid extra for express shipping. As of December 23rd, I still haven't received it. The company has only replied to one of my five emails. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service; it feels like a scam!
If I could give ZERO stars, it wouldn't be enough. This experience has been a complete nightmare. I ordered a gift on November 27th, expecting it to arrive in time for Christmas, but it’s still processing as of December 16th. I reached out multiple times and received only one response, falsely assuring me that my order had shipped. It's now December 20th, and my order is still processing. I demanded a full refund and will never attempt to use this company again. Avoid this one unless you enjoy chaos.
