The company sent me the wrong product and would not correct their mistake. Instead of sending the item I originally ordered, they required me to return the shoes first before issuing a refund. This level of service is unacceptable for a so-called global brand. Customers shouldn't pay for the company's mistakes. Very disappointing experience.
