The back tore - the stuffing was coming out. I reached out to HH and requested to purchase a new jacket at my original price. HH went one step farther, they gave me a store credit! I am a loyal HH customer!! Great products! New jacket is on the way and my husband is thrilled.

I was also satisfied with the delivery service; my previous experiences were quite poor, but this time it was quick and efficient. Even though I was slightly disappointed with the jacket's thickness, I don't regret my purchase. A suggestion for the seller: I didn't notice any information regarding the seasonal suitability of the clothing. Since I made my purchase online, it would be helpful to include details about the intended season and the recommended outdoor temperature, as this would serve as a great guide for online shoppers.

This service from a supposed global brand is unacceptable. Customers should not face the consequences of the company's mistakes. Very disappointing experience.

The company was unprofessional and failed to provide the necessary paperwork to DHL in Eindhoven, causing my items to be stuck there. There were no updates, and when DHL tried to reach out, there was no response. I’m glad I had alternatives; otherwise, I would have been left with the company's inadequate customer service. Avoid.
