I have used Helpbox for 2 years to do my accounts. Over the last year, they have done a lot of mistakes in my accounts, they even added a random rental income to my tax return. Things got really messy when I wanted to stop using their services. They kept trying to invoice me, set up direct debits, even when I begged them to stop harassing me, they phoned me 3 times in 1 week to ask for further payments. Against all gdpr personal data laws, on 3 occasions they promised in writing i wouldn’t be bothered again and my contact details would be deleted. They are still harassing me. So I have notified the police and instructed a lawyer. I have never experienced such harassment from a company before, it is endless calls and emails which is really stalkerish. - Yasemin Iscan
