I strongly recommend not using this company! I sought their help for an antibiotic, and while they completed the service, I later tried to cancel my membership. The cancellation link was broken, so I reached out directly and was assured my request was noted. Fast forward eight months, and I found they had been charging me the full monthly fee of $39.99 the entire time (over $300!). When I provided proof of my cancellation email, they merely shrugged and said, 'sorry for the confusion,' without offering a refund. Mistakes can occur, but a company that doesn’t rectify clear errors after taking money that isn’t theirs has compromised its integrity. I would absolutely NOT trust them with my health. There are many alternatives for this type of care, and I recommend going with one of those.
