I strongly advise against using this service! I sought their help for an antibiotic when I needed it. They fulfilled the request, but when I tried to cancel my membership a month later, the link was broken. I reached out directly and was told my cancellation request was noted. Fast forward eight months, and I discovered they had been charging me the full monthly fee of $39.99 all along (over $300 total!). When I contacted them with proof of my cancellation email, they simply shrugged and said, 'sorry for the confusion,' but offered no refund. While I understand that errors can happen, a company that fails to rectify a clear mistake after taking money that wasn’t theirs has lost its integrity. I would definitely NOT trust them with my health. There are many other options for this type of care, and I suggest you choose one of those instead.
