We engaged Helping Hands after meeting with two care providers, and we definitely made the right decision.The plan was to put in place a weekly visit to support elderly parents but very soon after engagement both parents became ill and the support and care we have received as new clients has far exceeded our expectations. The time spent getting to know us and matching our parents with appropriate, lovely carers has been a huge blessing during a stressful time.
