After a few teething issues that where brought to the attention of the NEW office staff,the resulting action was dealt with in a manner that satisfied my Mum (who they look after)..the staff that are sent are really friendly and are always polite and patient when dealing with my Mum..I would have no hesitation in Recommending this company..
We engaged Helping Hands after meeting with two care providers, and we definitely made the right decision.The plan was to put in place a weekly visit to support elderly parents but very soon after engagement both parents became ill and the support and care we have received as new clients has far exceeded our expectations.
