The support help that Helpling sends have been of good quality. I did not have a single helper in the beginning and always have ad hoc cleaner coming by every 2 weeks. Each time, it is clear that they have been trained consistently by Helpling. Their service and the way they clean are not far from each other generally. After awhile of trying Helpling out, I decided to engage a permanent help that comes every 2 weeks. Initially one came but her work was not as I would hope for (but she is always gentle and friendly). I wrote to Helpling and they arranged a change for me without having to go through much hassle on my side (except to explain myself why I would request for a change). I'm happy with my Helpling helper now for 3 months already. Overall, I would recommend Helpling platform to anyone who needs help with their house.
