My review is purely for the helper I had today, Thin thin tun. She cleaned the house very well. She has 20 mins left and she has finished what I asked her to do, so I told her it’s ok she can go, but she refused and insisted to clean another area! Well done! 👏 Very hardworking polite and pleasant lady.
Every new helper I engaged is absolutely fabulous on the outcome. They thoroughly clean every corner of your house and took initiative to do wipe down of furniture and does it so fast that I am amazed.
The support help that Helpling sends have been of good quality. I did not have a single helper in the beginning and always have ad hoc cleaner coming by every 2 weeks. Each time, it is clear that they have been trained consistently by Helpling. Their service and the way they clean are not far from each other generally. After awhile of trying Helpling out, I decided to engage a permanent help that comes every 2 weeks. Initially one came but her work was not as I would hope for (but she is always gentle and friendly). I wrote to Helpling and they arranged a change for me without having to go through much hassle on my side (except to explain myself why I would request for a change). I'm happy with my Helpling helper now for 3 months already. Overall, I would recommend Helpling platform to anyone who needs help with their house.
Easy to schedule or cancel appointments on the app, customer service is reachable via Whatsapp for any query as well. Assigned helper has been quite helpful and does her assigned tasks well.
Overall was a pleasant experience. Assigned helper was punctual and earnest though she needed gentle reminder to clean some neglected area in bathrooms. It’d have been better if assigned helper was able to be booked for a longer session to have a more thorough cleaning service. A decent job done for 3.5hr session.
