Very bad experience. The reason I booked helpling was to have a kind of support in case the cleaning ladies cannot make. I have a super nice cleaning lady but some times she canceled and I could not do all by myself the last moment. This is why I decided to book by helpling. I booked two contracts for both house and office and arranged the first appointments 2 weeks after I booked. At home Rhatma would come on Friday at 7:30, in the office another one on Monday. In the meanwhile I received several reminders by helpling. I was waiting at home on Friday but nobody came at 7:30. I started to call the lady but could not find her and she picked up at 11:00 to tell me she is no longer inscribed in helpling. I sent an email to helpling explaining that I am expecting guests at 17:00 and I have now to take free from my work to clean, asking for a solution. They contacted me at 15:00. I was expecting that they will find some other way or at least offer me an extra free session for their mistake. The lady was cold as ice and told me very fast that they will not charge me (!! as if it is a favour) and asked me when I want the next appointment. She also told me that my other booking for my office cannot happen because helpling does not do offices. I told her that I did not know it and why do I hear this two weeks after I have been receiving reminders and while I filled clearly that it is about office, the invoice and business details and I have been receiving confirmation emails about office cleaning. Is there anybody checking the new bookings? Or if the names of cleaning ladies sent to us are still inscribed as cleaners? I explained that we have a big workshop on Monday evening and I cannot search for a cleaning lady the very last moment, on Friday 15:00. The lady was pretty much in a hurry and told me that she can arrange a new appointment for the house but for the office "there is nothing she can do", it is crystal clear and "all is in the webpage" judgementally insinuating my lack of intelligence. Well I do not see anything obvious in the webpage, except perhaps if you have to search the smal letters. Anyway, she did not seem to want me as client, so I told her I would like to stop with helpling, she said "fine" (!) and we hanged up. Unbelievable. I would never hire such persons for my business. It seems that Helpling is a start-app, the base their system on a good programming but no staff to check the bookings or have a more personal service (like eg with airbnb that the staff are amazing). Very bad. Never never again. Especially cause it has to do with your house, it should be more caring and personal.
