Helpling respond to my enquiries very quickly. Even when my preferred cleaner was not available on my preferred day and time, they took effort to search for an alternative cleaner for my preferred day and time. So far, I have tried 3 different cleaners assigned by them. N all 3 of them r diligent and hardworking. 1 of them was honest too. They are all well trained to use modern appliances and cleaning solutions. They are also polite and smiling ,even though I'm sure the hot weather would have made their tasks uncomfortable. Helpling is the 3rd part time cleaning platform I have used. They are the best so far, in terms of service, response and cleaners. Though not the cheapest in the market, but definitely competitive and value for money. I would recommend the services of helpling to anyone seeking part time cleaners.
I hired helping recently for the moving out cleaning of our rented unit. TheGirls did a fabulous job, they were open for suggestions and inputs. It was a great n hassle free experience. Helping has always been a pleasant service provider.Thank you.
Scammers. Disappointed, I downloaded this app because I need cleaning help for my apartment.Booked 2 appointments, no one showed up. I still got charged.Send several emails to their custmner support to get a refund, no answer. Phoned them several times, no one answers.I will be in touch with an incasso bureau to collect my refund. Sad.
This company is a scam. I paid beforehand for a cleaning service and nobody showed up. I paid 34.90 euro for NOTHING, I have been trying to reach out this company via email and via phone for a MONTH now and they are always CLOSED. They haven't replied to any of my emails, this is a ghost company and they stole money from me without providing a service.
Worst cleaning company ever. Booked with them several times within a month. Each time, either the helper doesn’t show up, or shows up hours late or ends up going to a different location. I kept booking again thinking that mistakes happen. However, it has become pretty standard and routine. Also, the app is disfunctional, it gives free slots and timings, and once you book, they call you to say that the timing is unavailable. Every single time. Worst customer service. Totally unreliable company. Unacceptable
I had a really terrible experience with Helping and would like to warn others so they can avoid the same.Signup flow is very misleading and confusing. It asks you to select a number of cleaners, making it seem like you'll still have a chance to decide which one you want to work with after they're matched by availability. In reality, they just automatically assigned me a cleaner, and (surprise, surprise) paired me with the most expensive option. He was also the highest rated, so I thought, maybe it will be worth it. The price is well above market value. Well, it turns out you don't necessarily get what you pay for...I signed up for 3 hours of cleaning, paying an hourly rate of 24 euro. For the first visit, the cleaner left half an hour early. I thought, well he did an okay job (not nearly as good as my prevoius cleaner, but maybe she was an over-achiever)... let's give him another shot. The second visit, he left 15 minutes early. Then for the third, he left a full hour early. When I asked him why, he said that I'm paying him to clean the house regardless of how long it takes him. He said "well, I can clean slower if you'd like". This blows my mind - why would I pay a cleaner for 3 hours of work when they only do 2? In my opinion, there is always more to clean beyond the basics.I reached out to Helping and asked if I can be matched with another cleaner and have the fee waived, given he's not holding up his end of the agreement. They declined because I had more than 1 appointment already. Helping did nothing to rectify the situation. I would suggest you avoid all of this mess and just look elsewhere for a cleaner. At this price point, it's not hard to find better service.
