Booked a one off cleaner on helpling.com for first time for last Saturday. And left her to it as needed to get a few things done in town. I literally do not know what she did during all that time but she certainly didn't clean my house. Firsy of all she was 15 mins late (that's fine, didn't have an issue with that at the time) but then found her sitting in her car when i arrived back 15 minutes before she was due to finish - so infact i didn't even get 4 hrs worth of cleaning!! So not only did i fork out nearly €65 for a cleaner i then got to spend all of Saturday evening cleaning the house myself. Absolutely terrible experience and will not be looking for another cleaner from that site any time soon. What a waste of money!!
