Yesterday, I called Help Medical Supplies to discuss the rental of an oxygen concentrator and spoke to Nick Grinberg. I was unfamiliar with all aspects of the medical apparatus as well as the rental process. Nick patiently walked me through the entire process and patiently listened to my myriad questions. He did not pressure me to immediately close the deal when I told him I did not want to rent that day because I wanted to perform my due diligence on the product and Help Medical Supplies. My research showed that both had excellent reviews. Today, I called Nick back. He remembered my name and that we had talked the day before. Nick made the rental booking very easy for me.
