My great purchasing experience with Help Medical has been with Nick Grinberg. From the first phone call and texts I’ve been perfectly happy with the company and especially Nick. His friendly attitude and professionalism regarding CPAP supplies has surpassed other suppliers that I’ve tried. I wished I could do more for Nick, like give him a raise, of which he surely deserves. Yesterday, I called Help Medical Supplies to discuss the rental of an oxygen concentrator and spoke to Nick Grinberg. I was unfamiliar with all aspects of the medical apparatus as well as the rental process. Nick patiently walked me through the entire process and patiently listened to my myriad questions. He did not pressure me to immediately close the deal when I told him I did not want to rent that day because I wanted to perform my due diligence on the product and Help Medical Supplies. My research showed that both had excellent reviews. Today, I called Nick back. He remembered my name and that we had talked the day before. Nick made the rental booking very easy for me.
