A simple phone call revealed their shocking unprofessionalism and inability to focus on basic inquiries.I contacted Helthjem to clarify why a returned package wasn’t collected by the seller, as the designated collection point was absurdly far from the seller’s location. To make matters worse, this wasn’t even the original delivery point where the seller had sent the package. Their support team was a disgrace—sounding half-asleep, openly admitting to being distracted, and completely unwilling to engage. When I pointed out their lack of focus, the representative abruptly hung up. Unbelievable.Undeterred, I called again, only to face more of their deplorable behavior. The second representative interrupted me repeatedly—three times, to be exact—displaying zero manners or professionalism. When I calmly noted their rudeness, they had the audacity to justify the previous representative’s hang-up, claiming it was because I “insulted” them by questioning their conduct. This wasn’t an insult; it was a fact. Helthjem’s staff clearly have no training in customer service and operate with a fragile ego, unable to handle even the simplest inquiries without taking offense.Helthjem’s company culture is rotten to the core—they eagerly take your money but recoil at the slightest hint of accountability. Their service is an absolute disaster, marked by incompetence, rudeness, and a complete lack of responsibility. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this deplorable carrier at all costs. Helthjem is, without a doubt, the worst delivery service I’ve ever encountered. Use literally any other company. Specifically to Helthjem: Do not fly over here to engage in that "pretending Kindly thing we see in this society"
