Review Time
I live in a rural area in Norway, and several of my recent orders have been delivered through Helthjem. Unfortunately, Helthjem does not deliver to my address. Instead, they send the packages to a pickup point located 25 km away, resulting in a 50 km round trip just to collect parcels.
This makes it very difficult and impractical for me to receive items shipped with Helthjem.
Once again, the package was not left on the covered door mat as it should have been. Instead, the delivery person placed it by the mailbox in the pouring rain, resulting in the box being soaked inside and out. It was just a short distance of 1.5 meters to the door mat...
My item has not arrived even after a month, and the sender has already shipped it. Tracking shows it is still in transit. I am left wondering who will take responsibility, as the customer service has been very unresponsive. I cannot recommend this service at all.
This service is extremely disappointing. Among various delivery options for online purchases, this one is the least reliable. It consistently fails to deliver on time and often misplaces packages instead of sending them to my chosen address. The pickup points are never convenient either.
For the third time recently, a package was delivered on the ground. Without any protective covering. This time my jeans got wet because they were placed in melting snow. The service tries to redirect the issue to their website, offering no assistance from customer support.
