After several polite emails and a week of silence, I finally received a response confirming that my returned strap had been received and refunded. However, I was only refunded the price of the strap itself — not the shipping costs from the original order or the return postage, which I paid out of pocket. Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent. I had to follow up multiple times just to confirm that my package had been delivered and that the refund would be processed. My specific question about a replacement strap was ignored, despite multiple reminders. While I appreciate that the refund was eventually issued, the lack of transparency, incomplete reimbursement, and dismissive communication made for a disappointing experience overall. I expected better from a store that claims to specialize in quality watches and accessories. Unless they address the missing shipping refund and improve customer support responsiveness, I cannot recommend them based on this experience. I will gladly update this review if the matter is resolved properly.
