I ordered a watch as a gift for a friend in Europe in late December, including engraving, and paid the full amount in advance from overseas (Australia). It took nearly two weeks for the support team to get back to me, only to inform me that the watch I ordered was not actually in stock. This was very frustrating, as their website initially displayed a large number of watches as available. After reaching out, they provided an updated link showing only a few watches in stock, which clearly contradicted the information at the time of purchase. Consequently, I had no option but to cancel the order. Although the order was cancelled and refunded, I received only the product price back. Due to their misleading stock information, I lost over $60 AUD in currency conversion and international bank fees, which they declined to cover, despite the issue being entirely on their end. This experience cost me time, money, and significant frustration. I would not recommend this service, particularly for international orders or gifts with urgent timelines.

I ordered a watch strap for my watch. The strap looked good but turned out to be slightly smaller than recommended on the site, so I reached out to customer support to arrange an exchange for the correct size. After several polite emails and a week of silence, I finally received a response confirming that my returned strap had been received and refunded. However, I was only refunded the price of the strap itself — not the shipping costs from the original order or the return postage, which I paid out of pocket. Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent. I had to follow up multiple times just to confirm that my package had been delivered and that the refund would be processed. My specific question about a replacement strap was ignored, despite multiple reminders. While I appreciate that the refund was eventually issued, the lack of transparency, incomplete reimbursement, and dismissive communication made for a disappointing experience overall. I expected better from a store that claims to specialize in quality watches and accessories. Unless they address the missing shipping refund and improve customer support responsiveness, I cannot recommend them based on this experience. I will gladly update this review if the matter is resolved properly.
I still have not received my order placed on 16/07/2025. The last status showed that the parcel was collected by the courier. I emailed them but received no response; I called and faced the same issue. They just ignore me. I paid for an order that was not delivered within two weeks, which is unacceptable. I hope to hear back from them, but I may need to dispute this transaction with my payment provider. Exercise caution with them.
I am very pleased with my watch, which was in stock at a good price even though the brand itself was out of stock. Payment didn’t go through initially due to an issue on my end, but they quickly reached out to resolve it. After that, the shipping was super-fast and careful, and they even included a gift. I will definitely browse their website again when I'm looking for another watch.
