I still have not received my order placed on 16/07/2025. The last status showed that the parcel was collected by the courier. I emailed them but received no response; I called and faced the same issue. They just ignore me. I paid for an order that was not delivered within two weeks, which is unacceptable. I hope to hear back from them, but I may need to dispute this transaction with my payment provider. Exercise caution with them.
