Caution is advised with this platform. My experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a watch as a gift for a friend in Europe in late December, including engraving, and paid the full amount in advance from overseas (Australia). It took nearly two weeks for the support team to get back to me, only to inform me that the watch I ordered was not actually in stock. This was very frustrating, as their website initially displayed a large number of watches as available. After reaching out, they provided an updated link showing only a few watches in stock, which clearly contradicted the information at the time of purchase. Consequently, I had no option but to cancel the order. Although the order was cancelled and refunded, I received only the product price back. Due to their misleading stock information, I lost over $60 AUD in currency conversion and international bank fees, which they declined to cover, despite the issue being entirely on their end. This experience cost me time, money, and significant frustration. I would not recommend this service, particularly for international orders or gifts with urgent timelines.
