Worst customer service. I bought a long pillow through the website and when it arrived at my house I opened it to see what it was like, it was wrapped in a plastic bag and I couldn't see it without opening it. When I opened it I realized that the pillow was very thin and I immediately went to the store to return the pillow. A lady who is the store manager served me and she was super rude. First she said that I had opened the plastic she couldn't sell it again and when I said that I received it an hour ago and opened it because I couldn't see the pillow she said if I had opened it at the end of the bag she could even accept it , but as I opened it on top she couldn't do anything. How can the customer know this? On the website it says that we can return within 30 days, I went to the store at the same time I received the product so I wouldn't have any problems saying that I used the pillow. She said there was a display on the floor and they didn't have the pillow that I bought as a display, I went to the store before buying to see what the pillow was like but there wasn't one. I lost money and I'm not going to use that pillow. This is very revolting.
