The pen provided was either defective or not adequately filled. It lasted for only 2 out of the 4 injections, and when I reached out to customer support, their response was simply to 'buy more - you did something wrong.' If I made a mistake, it’s because I followed their demo video precisely. It definitely feels a bit like a scam. Now, I have 2 doses I can’t use and need to dispose of.
