paid for treatment 2 weeks ago,blood test wouldn,t work,asked for a refund and they wanted to keep £59 for they,re FAULTY blood test,numerous e-mails( and another "company" with NO TELEPHONE number ) still waiting for any responce,STAY away,think it,s a SCAM.Just been reading other reviews and I am NOT the only one who complained about blood test ! You offered others a new blood test kit and a video how to use,neither as been offered to Me. WHY ?.
What a FARCE!! cannot get any blood out of device,sent 3 emails (NO REPLY) to cancel and a refund,it,s like getting out of a stone,excuse the pun,but it,s not very funny to a OAP.......

Now I'm left with 2 unusable doses that I have to dispose of.

It was excellent, but recently the customer service has become terrible. I submitted a refill request and received a blank email in response (except for a 'V'—it seemed someone forgot to press control when pasting!). The app prompted me to reply, which I did six times, but got no answer. Using their contact form led to the same request to reply to an unmonitored email. I have now missed one (likely two) injections despite following all their instructions. I don't understand why I should have to pay to restart when it’s clearly their mistake. *UPDATE* 30/12: I received a call from a prescriber, which started poorly as he claimed I hadn't replied to his emails—false! He suggested increasing my dosage, but I questioned the safety of this since it would be three weeks since my last injection. He said I could stay on the same dose just in case. I asked why I should pay for another four weeks of the same dose when due to 'technical difficulties'—their words—I missed two injections. This is not my fault, but theirs. Now I'm waiting for a proper response.
