UPDATE @ FURTHER COMPLAINT – UNAUTHORISED PAYMENT TAKEN
HeMed have now taken £139 from my account without my consent, despite the fact I told them I do not want their service and have an unresolved formal complaint.
They have not responded to my complaint, yet have taken further money anyway.
The Wegovy dose they prescribed was not suitable, so it has been disposed of and I will not be using their service.
I am demanding an immediate full refund.
If this unauthorised payment is not refunded immediately, I will escalate this further.
