Please avoid shopping from this website.I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a coat and requested a return within the legal 14day period, as allowed under UK consumer law. At first my return request was rejected. Later they only offered a 25% refund caiming high import fees for returns from the UK.After multiple emails no reasonable solution was offered. I noticed many other customers reporting similar issues. Also the quality of items very low.
