Very bad experience, I recommend not purchasing from this site. Shipping took a month, with constant requests for information. Customer service is polite, but in my opinion it’s AI. The conversation is pre-set.
Returning the goods is unthinkable because you have to cover the shipping costs.
The products come from China, the quality is average; I bought three different products.
The puffer jacket is really poor quality. The price–quality ratio is terrible. Prices are far too high for what they are…
Never again. If you’re undecided, don’t buy.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The $325 wool coat I had waited over two weeks for was poor quality. It lacked the structured fit shown in the photos as well as a loose stitched button dangling off the front, it felt cheap. Beyond the product issues, they lack in staying on top of communication. After consistent emailing for a refund I was able to get a return label made. It was returned to their facility within 2 days. I didn't get my refund back for over a month. I had to keep emailing them numerous times before someone eventually got back to me. Their excuse was a "system error on their end." I suspect they would have kept my money. I looked at other reviews and I am not the only one this has happened to. Where they go radio silent once you return their product. Buyers beware! It comes off as high fashion but really it is over priced fast fashion from China. I will never be purchasing from this company again.
Unfortunately another Asian based company that lies and tries to avoid refunds. I didn’t realize it was based in China, when I asked they said the coat was coming from UK warehouse but will take 6-9 days. But when returning they suddenly do not have a UK warehouse and returning to Germany costs 30% of the purchase item so they kindly cancelled the request without asking. Coat was cute but very poor material and not as described, I was expecting a good vegan suede but got an overpriced denim jacket…
I purchased a jacket and submitted it for return. For whatever reason there was a glitch and it would not accept my email. I have written five emails and the company would not return my emails for assistance. Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a clothing company
Why oh why did I not take note of the poor reviews! The coat arrived fairly quickly and looked to be good quality but when I got it out of the box I realised that it wasn’t lined so essentially it’s a cardigan! It was also a bad shape-too small on the body but long arms and hanging off the shoulders, I tried to return it but they rejected my request citing high import fees to return it to Germany. Instead they offered me 25% off and suggested I take it to a tailor to make it fit! This goes against their own returns policy!I’ve now opened a dispute with my bank as this whole thing has cost me over £200. Do not buy from this company!
I'm giving 4 star just because it took a month to be delivered. But the support service (i spoke with Alice) was great. I've send an email about two weeks after i put my order. Since it was taking so long to get my coat I asked for a cancellation. They explain to me that it was too late to cancel it, so Alice upgraded my shipping method and the coat arrived a week after the last email we exchanged. I had also an issue with the custom duties and she take care of everything. The coat turn out to be incredible, so warm, perfect color and shape! It was a bless that i couldn't cancel my order.
Honestly I was really afraid of ordering on their website because all the "reviews" on internet were in fact paid collaboration. I ordered on January 1st and received my package on January 12th which is very reasonable. I didn't had to communicate with the support so I cannot review that. However, the product (corvian wool coat) was very soft and high-quality. It did fit me well so I don't have to send it back (usually the complaints are about the returns). If you are sure that you will keep the product I think it's a nice investment. If you are unsure, be aware that the shipping return cost would be expensive.UPDATE: The buttons on the inside and the collar of the neck part are way too loose I lost a button and had to go repair it.
