Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI ordered a coat from Hemi Blurr on December 2nd. At the time of purchase, the website clearly stated that the order would be shipped by December 10th. It has now been over a month, and the package has still not arrived, nor does anyone seem to know where it is.Customer service has been completely useless. They are unable to give me any clear information about the status of my order, no tracking updates, no real answers, just vague and repetitive responses. For a brand that presents itself as premium, this level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable.Waiting this long without any transparency is frustrating and unprofessional. If an item cannot be shipped on time, customers should be informed honestly instead of being left in the dark.This was my first and last purchase from Hemi Blurr. I will definitely not be buying from this brand again and would not recommend it to anyone who values reliable service and respect for customers.
