The item was acceptable quality and reasonably priced, but the design was poor, so I chose to return it. Be warned, you will be expected to cover return shipping AND customs fees, this can be very expensive and is not very well signposted on their website. I have been in communication with the company's customer service function which has been vaguely helpful with a solution, but if they want to grow internationally they need to sort out a better returns system.
