I bought two items in the final sale, but I wasn’t aware that they were non-refundable. Unfortunately, both pieces are way too big. I ordered a size M, which usually fits me perfectly in other brands, but I’m swimming in both items. Even a friend of mine who normally wears size L found them far too large.Since returns aren’t accepted, I’m now stuck with two high-quality pieces I can’t wear. What’s particularly disappointing is that there was no clear indication during checkout that these items were final sale, and the delivery was delayed as well.Overall, a really frustrating experience — I wouldn’t order from this shop again.
