There has been no customer support or feedback. Previously, I had no issues with this service, but after making a purchase on December 28, I was informed it would be resolved by Monday and delivered the next working day. It's been almost 7 days now. I've learned from the courier that there's an issue on the sender's side. I've sent the support team 6 emails seeking assistance and feedback, but I'm still waiting. I struggle with mental health issues, and this situation is not helping at all. Given that the service promotes mental wellbeing, this lack of support is quite distressing. I'm seriously considering finding another provider for my products in the future.
