⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great customer service and resolution
I recently had an issue with a delayed order and a return, which was frustrating at first. However, once the team picked it up, they handled it professionally and made sure everything was resolved properly.
They processed my refund, reshipped my order so it arrived as agreed and gave a generous gesture of good will that showed they do care about their customers and their reputation.
Communication improved, and they followed through on what they promised. My order arrived on Friday as arranged, and I’m happy with the products.
Overall, a good experience in the end and I appreciate the effort to put things right. I’ll be ordering again.
At first I was genuinely so pleased with my experience with the company, everything was good, the products, the prices, the website and the next day delivery and they would respond via the support email, but as of last week my order hasn’t arrived and it’s 4 days late as of now, my refund for another order hasn’t be paid and that’s been more than 3 working days, I’ve sent 12 emails, 12 emails and there’s been no response, they don’t appreciate loyalty either as my last order was well over £100 and there’s been no communication on their behalf
I’ve noticed when it comes to similar reviews like this they respond by saying “ we did reply to your email” if they try say to my review just know it’s a lie

Super dense, rock-solid buds absolutely caked in frost — genuinely some of the biggest most beautiful CBD flower I’ve seen. Super fresh and still slightly sticky. 🙌
The smell is intense — definitely super sweet & gassy!! For me, it has a very nostalgic flavour. Clean, fresh and has and alluring aroma. I fear I'm going to smell or so often that I'll drain the scent 😅
The quality is instantly obvious the second you open the pack 🤤 I'm actually blown away by how good CBD alternatives can be. Very, very impressive!!

The customer service has been extremely disappointing! After 6 days, I still haven't received any response. As a valued customer, I expected priority support, but that has clearly not been the case. I will take my business elsewhere where my loyalty is appreciated!
There has been no customer support or feedback. Previously, I had no issues with this service, but after making a purchase on December 28, I was informed it would be resolved by Monday and delivered the next working day. It's been almost 7 days now. I've learned from the courier that there's an issue on the sender's side. I've sent the support team 6 emails seeking assistance and feedback, but I'm still waiting. I struggle with mental health issues, and this situation is not helping at all. Given that the service promotes mental wellbeing, this lack of support is quite distressing. I'm seriously considering finding another provider for my products in the future.
