At first I was genuinely so pleased with my experience with the company, everything was good, the products, the prices, the website and the next day delivery and they would respond via the support email, but as of last week my order hasn’t arrived and it’s 4 days late as of now, my refund for another order hasn’t be paid and that’s been more than 3 working days, I’ve sent 12 emails, 12 emails and there’s been no response, they don’t appreciate loyalty either as my last order was well over £100 and there’s been no communication on their behalf
I’ve noticed when it comes to similar reviews like this they respond by saying “ we did reply to your email” if they try say to my review just know it’s a lie
