ZERO STARTS!!!! On 10 May 2020, product was ordered. Paid extra for USA Insured Shipping With Tracking (5-10 Days). Was supposedly delivered on 30 June 2020, according to the tracking number. After weeks of emailing the Hena company, the USPS checking their facility, and trying to contact Jacksonville, FL facility, I finally was about to get a print out from the Midway, GA Post Master, according to their system was sent back to Jacksonville, FL on 7 July and left 2302 that same day For return to sender. I sent the company proof with times and dates on the print out. The Post Master even days she would write a letter stating that the package was not delivered and was sent back to Jacksonville. I just want a refund. The company won’t even check to see if they had the package at their facility. I just want a refund. This product and customer service is not worth this.
