Added product fee without our knowledge, wouldn’t have been too bothered about it but Steve should have been transparent. When I initially called him he said they don’t get a penny extra. Slated our solicitors, (Thornes, who were fantastic) clearly wanted us to go with his recommended ones. When we said no, minutes later he had amazingly ‘pulled some strings’ and provided a cheaper quote. At times was rude, unprofessional and condescending. He did however get the mortgage offer in a timely manner which we appreciate. Could have been 3 stars but the negatives were too significant. I can see in response to similar reviews he has suggested he has never dealt with the person before. More than happy to provide evidence confirming our engagement and use of services. Definitely Steve from Hendriks I’m alluding to. Never had a bad experience with anyone else.
