I don’t know whether their weight loss treatment is good. I had an appointment for my free virtual 15 min consultation and I waited 20 minutes past the appointment time.The nurse practitioner never showed up. I called the phone number provided for this company and waited over 10 minutes;no one answered. This doesn’t bode well for me bc like what if I had a problem with the side effects and needed to speak to someone about it?!
I thought that maybe they schedule in their time zone and not mine. Nope, it’s for EST which is the correct time zone for me.
So far, this has been a ginormous waste of my time!!! They either need to make this right for me or I will move on. That tennis star is a spokeswoman for a different company. Hopefully they can help and that their fees are reasonable.
