The platform is easy to use. My Physicians Assistant was prompt and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. I do feel the monthly refills should be less expensive since I'm not seeing a provider each month, but beggars can't be choosers. Would have been a 5, if not for the refill price. Overall, so far satisfied.

I love Henrymeds. I found them online. After going through the questionnaire I set up a video appointment with a clinician. We discussed me going on Semaglutide to lose the 40 pounds I was interested in losing. I started on semaglutide in 2024 and reached my goal weight by September 2025. Henrymeds has everything set up so flawlessly and makes it so easy to lose weight and have help every step of the way

Initial satisfaction turned to disappointment with bulk order

Everything was fine with my month-to-month order, but then I switched to a bulk order. There’s no expiration date listed, and I ended up wasting $1,000 on medications that don’t work. The pills are a different color, and I’m now experiencing awful side effects that I hadn’t faced before, such as severe bloating, increased appetite, and low energy. It seems clear that this medication is not the same in bulk. I’ve noticed a significant weight gain almost immediately after the switch.
